摘  要:以肋果沙棘(Hipphae neu-rocpa)的盆栽苗为材料,研究了不同程度干旱胁迫处理对肋果沙棘叶片相对含水量、叶绿素含量、膜透性及MDA含量的影响。结果表明,随着干旱胁迫强度的增加,肋果沙棘叶片含水量稍有下降;叶片叶绿素a、b及总叶绿素含量总体均呈现上升的趋势;MDA含量和膜透性均呈逐渐上升的趋势。上述研究结果表明在遭受干旱胁迫时,肋果沙棘可迅速作出响应,在一定的干旱胁迫程度下通过保持较高的相对含水量和叶绿素含量,并使膜透性和MDA含量维持在一个稳定的范围内,从而保证了在重度胁迫以前细胞质膜的稳定性以及代谢活动的正常进行。Relative water content,chlorophyll,malondialdehyde(MDA) and membrane conductivity of Hippophae neurocarpa under drought stress were studied in this paper.The results showed that the relative water content decreased with the increase of water stress intensity,and total chlorophyll content,chlorophyll a and chlorophyll b decreased from CK to modercrte stress and then increased.MDA and membrane conductivity of Hippophae neurocarpa under drought stress were increased with the increase of water stress intensity.It's indicated that when subjected to drought stress,Hippophae neurocarpa can quickly respond to drought stress by maintaining higher relative water content and chlorophyll content,and the membrane conductivity and MDA content can keep in a certain level under moderate and mild water stress.The membrane and metabolic activity of Hippophae neurocarpa can keep stability under moderate and mild water stress,which suggests that Hippophae neurocarpa have high capacity of drought-resistance.
