摘 要:为了明确"零保温"淬火对45钢机械性能的影响,进一步推广45钢的热处理工艺,本文研究了790~830℃温度对45钢进行"零保温"淬火及在540~660℃温度范围内对45钢进行回火的条件下对其强度和塑性等机械性能的影响。实验表明:在780~920℃"零保温"淬火时,硬度值与传统调质工艺基本相同;回火温度对硬度的影响规律总体上随着回火温度的增加而降低。790~830℃"零保温"淬火,随着淬火温度的升高,在同一回火温度下,试样的强度逐渐升高。对于试样的塑性来说,在790℃"零保温"淬火时,试样的塑性相对较差,在810~830℃温度,试样的塑性较好。采用810~830℃淬火、600~660℃回火工艺处理的45钢,机械性能完全符合技术要求。The Effect of zero time holding quenching on 45 steel at 790~830℃ and tempering at 540~660℃ on the mechanical properties such as strength and plasticity has been studied to make sure the influence of zero time holding quenching on the mechanical properties of 45 steel and popularize the technology for heating processing of which.Experimental results show that,when quenching at 780~920℃,the hardness of samples is basically the same with the ones being heat treated by traditional ways.The hardness basically decreases with the increasing of tempering temperature.When quenching at 790~830℃,the strength of samples increases with the quenching temperature at the same tempering temperature.As to the plasticity,it is relatively worse when quenching at 790℃ and could be better when quenching at 810~830℃.The mechanical properties of 45 steel quenched at 810~830℃ and tempered at 600~660℃ are completely in conformity with the technical requirement.
