摘　　要：作为信息存储和传播基地的图书、档案与情报三大信息管理部门,面对信息时代发展的要求,将如何有效地利用信息资源,为社会大众服务,已成为三大信息管理部门开展各项工作重中之重。笔者针对现状及存在问题,大胆地提出了建立信息资源中心,实现图书、档案与情报一体化管理,为社会提供优质服务的构想以及实现这种构想的措施。Facing the information age development requirements,as three information management departments of books,archives and information of the information storage and transmission base,how to effectively use information resource to serve the public has become the most important work to carry out.In view of the present situation and problems,several suggestions were put forward to establish information resource center to realize information integration management.At the same time,good ideas of providing excellent service and measures of realizing these ideas were proposed in this paper.
