摘　　要：本文通过对T型线槽接头零件的工艺分析,合理地确定了模具中的推出机构、浇注系统、侧向分型与抽芯机构等机构的结构形式。本文还阐述了模具的工作过程。模具采用了1模2腔的结构。in this paper,by analyzing the process of T type slot connector parts,die structure of ejecting mechanism,gating system,side parting and core pulling mechanism to determine the reasonable mechanism.This paper also describes the working process of the mould.The mold used 1 mold 2 cavity structure.
