摘　　要：文章分析了叶轮塑件的结构及工艺特点,介绍了该塑件成型的注射模设计及一种特殊的圆周二级侧抽芯机构,对各级抽芯的距离进行分析,并阐述了该模具的工作过程,在类似塑件的圆周二级侧抽芯注塑模设计中具有很高的参考意义。This paper analyzes the structure and process characteristics of impeller plastic parts,introduces the design of the injection mould for the plastic molding and a special circular two stage side core-pulling mechanism,carries on the analysis to the various core-pulling distance,and describes the working process of the mould,plastic parts in similar circular Tuesday side smoking has very high reference value core in injection mold design.
