摘　　要：油气生产场所存有大量易燃易爆火灾危险物质,同时伴有电气仪表设备,一旦发生火灾,灭火人员将会面临断电灭火与抢占灭火先机的两难选择。若应急处置不当,很有可能对灭火人员造成电气伤害,或失去灭火最佳时机,造成火灾蔓延,导致灾难性后果。因此,了解带电火灾的风险特征,科学选用灭火器材,掌握带电火灾扑救方法和风险防范知识,对防止事故扩大,减少人员伤亡和事故损失有着至关重要的作用。结合油气生产岗位火灾事故应急特点,就油气生产场所初期火灾带电扑救方法和风险防范进行探讨。There are a lot of dangerous inflammable and explosive substances stored in oil and gas production places and there are also some electric instrument equipments there.Once fire breaks out,fire fighting personnel will face the dilemma of power-off fire fighting or preempting the best fire fighting opportunity.If the emergency responses are undeserved,it is very likely to cause electrical harm to fire fighters or miss the best opportunity for fire fighting,thus the fire may spread and lead to disastrous consequences.Therefore,it is of great importance to understand the risk characteristics of charged fire,choose the fire extinguishing equipment scientifically,grasp the charged fire attack methods and risk prevention knowledge about charged fire in order to prevent the spreading of accident,reduce casualties and accident loss.Combing with the emergency response characteristics of fire accidents,this paper discusses on the charged fire attack on incipient fire and risk prevention in oil gas production places.
