摘 要:采用同步热分析仪对比研究了磷酸二氢钾、硝酸钾、柠檬酸钾应用于超细干粉灭火剂的可行性,通过热重法(TGA)和差式量热法(DSC)分析研究了其热分解性能,并利用超细干粉灭火剂行业标准中的重量法对钾盐进行了吸湿率的测量。实验结果表明,磷酸二氢钾的分解性能较好且吸湿率很低,适合作为超细干粉灭火剂的基础原料;硝酸钾的热分解同时具有助燃和抑制作用,需要进一步的实验来判断是否适用于超细干粉灭火剂;柠檬酸钾吸湿性较强,不适合用于超细干粉灭火剂。In order to study whether potassium dihydrogen phosphate,potassium nitrate,potassium citrate and potassium stearate could be applied in superfine powder fire-extinguishing agent,STA is chosen to measure thermal decomposition performance of the potassium salts through TGA and DSC.Meanwhile the hygroscopicity of the potash is investigated through the hygroscopic experiments.The results show that potassium dihydrogen phosphate,with good thermal decomposition perfo-r mance and low moisture absorption rate,is suitable to be used as basic material in powder fire-extinguishing agent.The further experiment is needed to confirm if potassium nitrate could be applied in fire-extinguishing agent with its combustion-supporting and suppression in decomposition at the same time.Because of strong hygroscopicity,potassium citrate is not suitable for powder fire-extinguishing.
