摘 要:电解铝厂环境防护距离的划定,直接涉及到企业选址的合理性和周边村民可能的搬迁量。探讨了环境防护距离划定时要考虑的因素,以青海海东地区某电解铝厂为实例,论述了该企业环境防护距离的具体划定,将现行GB/T3840—91和HJ2.2—2008两种方法的计算结果和实测值进行对比,认为HJ2.2—2008更适合于计算电解铝厂的环境防护距离,但难点是必须对无组织排放污染物的量进行精准地把握。The delimitation of electrolytic aluminum factory environment protection distance is related to the rationality of enterprises location selection and the surrounding villagers.This paper discusses the factors to be considered in the delimitation of the environment protection distance and through the case of one electrolytic aluminum factory,illustrates the specific delimitation of the enterprise environment protective distance.After comparisons between the calculation results of two kinds of calculation methods(GB/T3840—91 and HJ2.2—2008) and the measured value,it is concluded that HJ2.2—2008 is more suitable,but the difficulty is that the amount of the unorganized pollutants discharge should be grasped accurately.
