现代大学制度下的学生权力及其实现路径

摘　　要：在现代大学制度之下,学生权力是制衡其他形式权力、保持大学民主和法治的重要组成部分。学生权力实现的路径主要包括参与学校管理、学生组织自治、自主选择学业以及参与教学评价等。保障学生权力应通过大学章程规范大学内外部权力关系并明确学生权力的地位,加强大学生组织建设并赋予其自治权,进一步推进教学管理制度改革赋予学生自主选择和评价权。Under modern university system,student rights is a kind of ability of maintaining their own rights and is an important part for counterbalancing other right forms and keeping the democracy and the rules of law of university.Its realizing route mainly concludes such aspects as university administration participation,autonomy of student organization,independent choice on their studies and student evaluation for teaching,etc.The fundamental reason for the loss of student rights lies in 'administration'.A series of measures should be taken and they are to draw up the university regulation to normalize the relation between internal and external rights;to explicit the position of the student rights;to enforce student organization construction and endow them autonomous rights;to promote the reform of teaching management system,which will give independent choice and evaluation rights to student and guarantee the realization of student rights.
