摘  要:针对12V280曲轴,对RR法加工全纤维曲轴的过程进行了塑性有限元数值模拟,获得了曲柄臂部分的应力、应变分布和成形载荷-行程曲线,分析了摩擦系数对曲轴弯曲镦锻的影响.结果表明,曲轴弯曲镦锻的塑性变形区域主要集中在曲轴臂部;水平镦粗力大于垂直弯曲力;改善接触摩擦条件有利于曲轴成形质量.Aiming at mode 12V280 crankshaft, M Simulation on the RR Upset Forging of heavy crankshaft with continuous grain flow is carried out. Stress and strain distribution in the arm of the crankshaft, load-displacement(time) curves and effects of contact friction on the forming are obtained and analyzed. The simulation results show that the deformation region is localized at the arm of the crankshaft, the upsetting load is greater than the bending load and improved lubricant is benefit to the forming quality.
