血液透析对慢性肾功能衰竭患者血液动力学和血浆激素水平的影响

摘　　要：本文采用NCCOM 3动态观察11例慢性肾功能衰竭血液透析患者血液动力学变化,并测定血透前后血浆ANP、PRA、ATⅡ、Ald和CGMP水平。结果表明,血透能改善心脏泵功能,血浆ANP和CGMP水平主要与体内细胞外液容量变化有关。Thispaperinvestigatesthehemodynamicchangesof11hemodialysispatientswithchronicrenalfailure by NCCOM 3,and determines plasma ANP,PRA,ATII,Ald and CGMP level before and after hemodialysis.The results indicated that hemodialysis could improve the cardiac pump function,plasma ANP and CGMP level are mainly related with the change in extracellular fluid volume in vivo.
