摘 要:对正常国人新鲜尸体C3-4、T9-10、L2-3椎间盘与相邻椎体进行弯曲(屈曲)实验,分析C3-4、T9-10、L2-3椎间盘与相邻椎体的弯曲(屈曲)力学性质,确定不同部位的椎间盘与相邻椎体是否具有不同的弯曲(屈曲)力学性质。取C3-4、T9-10、L2-3椎间盘与相邻椎体标本各13个,以电子万能试验机进行弯曲(屈曲)实验。以统计学分析和t检验的方法处理实验数据。结果表明,L2-3组最大载荷、最大弯距、最大应力大于C3-4、T9-10组,差异显著(P<0.05),T9-10组最大载荷、最大弯距、最大应力大于C3-4组,差异显著(P<0.05)。C3-4、T9-10、L2-3椎间盘与相邻椎体标本的弯曲(屈曲)力学性质有一定区别,标本的横截面积越大,承受的载荷和应力越大,但不成正比关系。To do the bending(bucking) experiment with normal Chinese fresh cadaveric between C3-4、T9-10、L2-3 intervertebral disc and the adjacent vertebral body,analyze bending(bucking) and mechanical properties between C3-4,T9-10,L2-3 disc and the adjacent vertebral body,and to determine whether the different parts of the disc and the adjacent vertebral mechanical properties of different bending(bucking).The C3-4,T9-10,L2-3 disc and the adjacent vertebral specimens each of 13 were taken,and then the bending(bucking) experiments on electronic universal testing machine were done.The experimental data were dealed with statistical analysis and t test.The results showed that the maximum load,maximum bending moment,and the maximum stress of C3-4,T9-10,L2-3 groups were greater than that of the C3-4,T9-10 groups,significant difference(P < 0.05),The maximum load,maximum bending moment,and the maximum stress of T9-10 group were larger than that of the C3-4 group,significant difference(P < 0.05).Bending of C3-4,T9-10,L2-3 disc and the mechanical properties of adjacent vertebral body specimens(bucking) have a certain difference,the larger the cross-sectional area is,the bigger the bearing maximum load and maximum stress are,but they are not directly proportional relationship.
