摘  要:基于对材料特性和防弹机理的认识,设计了由600D腈纶、无纺布、Al2O3陶瓷和高强PE材料构成的陶瓷基复合靶板,靶板防护面密度ρA为92 kg/m2,尺寸为300 mm×300 mm×35 mm,用现役12.7 mm穿甲燃烧弹考核了靶板防护能力,尤其是探讨了PE在背面不受约束情况时中弹后的行为。结果表明:靶板结构是可行的,可防住V25为810 m/s的现役12.7 mm穿甲燃烧弹,PE层有优良的防二次效应的性能,而靶板结构有较大的改进空间。在靶试和讨论分析的基础上,给出了靶板结构改进的设计方案。Based on the understanding for the material characteristic and interaction between projectile and target,the ceramics-based composite armor target consisting of alumina ceramics Al2O3,PE material,600D polyacrylonitrile fiber and non woven fabric is designed and done.The target protection areal density ρA is 92 kg/m2,it's size is 300 mm×300 mm×35 mm.The target is examined by 12.7 mm armor piercing incendiary and the behavior after struck by a bullet when the back of PE is not restricted.The results show that the target is able to protect the 12.7 mm projectile,the limit V25 is 810 m/s,the PE layer has perfect characteristic to prevent the second effect.It is found that it is possible to improve the target construction and three new construction designs are given on the basis of target experiment and analysis.
