摘  要:为研究车辆传动装置部件温度以及流过部件的传动油温度,根据传热学的基本理论,建立了车辆传动装置温度模型,包括传动装置产热模型、部件温度模型和传动油温度模型,将模型进行耦合迭代计算,得到某型车辆传动装置不同工况下传动装置的温度,并将计算结果与试验结果进行了对比。结果表明:在最高车速工况下,传动装置三轴的温度最高,流过前传动的传动油温度最高;在最大负荷工况下,液力变矩器温度最高,综合传动箱前箱体的温度比其他箱体温度高,流过液力变矩器的传动油温度最高。In order to study the component temperature and the transmission oil temperature that flows through the components of vehicle transmission device,this paper establishes the transmission device temperature model basing on the basic theory of heat transfer,which includes heat production model,component temperature model and transmission oil temperature model,calculates the models' coupling and iteration,achieves the transmission temperature of a certain type of vehicle transmission device under different working conditions,and compares the calculating results with testing results.The results show that: under maximum speed condition,the component temperature of the 3rd shaft is the highest and the transmission oil temperature flowing through the front drive section is the highest.Under maximum load condition,the component temperature of the torque converter is the highest,the temperature of comprehensive transmission case front side is higher than other side,and the transmission oil temperature that flows through the torque converter is the highest.
