摘  要:目的探讨三峡建坝后10年间洞庭湖湖区外滩滩情变化对钉螺分布的影响。方法收集1998年洞庭湖区洲滩滩情和螺情资料。采用当地水利部门的高程基点,确定7个调查洲滩地面高程与观察面积,采用机械加环境抽样法查螺,观察植被情况。结果与1998相比,有5个调查洲滩有螺上下线均向下推移近一米。有螺带淹水时间延长,外洲植被芦苇被杨树林替代,芦苇中钉螺密度最高。结论有螺带下移,感染性钉螺主要分布高程的植被是未经围栏植树改造的草洲和芦苇洲。Objective To explore the impact of marshland changes on snail distribution in Dongting Lake after the construction of the Three Gorges Dam for ten years.Methods The data of snail and marshlands situation of Dongting Lake area in 1998 were collected.The elevation and survey area of 7 marshlands were determined according to the elevation of local water department,and the vegetation of those marshlands was observed by systematic and random sampling methods.Results Compared with 1998,the upper and lower line of snail distribution all dropped about 1 m in the five marshlands.The snail distribution area was submerged longer.The reeds in those marshlands were replaced by Italy poplar.The density of living snail was the highest in the reeds.Conclusion The elevation of snail distribution area was declined,the infected snails were mainly distributed in weeds and reeds without environment construction.
