规划失地农民再就业教育探析

摘　　要：城乡一体现代化建设会使城郊结合部的农民失去土地,成为城市规划中的失地农民。失地农民必须再就业,从传统务农转变为向第一产业外的其它产业工作。职业技术教育应从长远角度出发,把培养规划失地农民作为重要的工作。成人教育、网络教育应直接有效地提高规划失地农民的劳动素质,提高单位劳动生产效率。失地农民应积极开展自主式互助教育,提高再就业能力。Modern urbanization results in the increase of landless farmers in the suburban areas,who need to transfer employment from agriculture to non-farming jobs.Vocational education plays an important role in the cultivation of ability among landless farmers,whereas network education as well as continuing education conduces to the improvement of their working qualities and enterprises’ productivity.Autonomous,reciprocal education is recommended for their benefit.
