摘　　要：通过实验对比的方法,详细阐述了使用数字示波器进行波形测量过程中经常遇到的波形失真问题,总结了数字示波器的取样率低于或高于被测信号频率时的波形测量方法。In this paper, the wavefonn distortions were particularly described by experiment comparing when using digital oscilloscopes for wavefonn measuring, and the measuring method of waveform were summarized while the sampling rate of oscilloscopes is less or more than measured signal frequency.
