摘  要:目的:建立叠鞘石斛与药典收载品种金钗石斛,鼓槌石斛中石斛酚的高效液相色谱含量测定方法.方法:Diamonsil C18(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)色谱柱,乙腈-0.5%冰醋酸(35:65)为流动相,检测波长280 nm,流速1 mg· mL-1,柱温30℃.结果:石斛酚在0.01228~0.2456 mg·mL-1 (r=0.9999)范围内与峰面积线性关系良好,平均回收率为100.39%,RSD为2.17%.结论:本方法操作简单、快捷、重现性好、准确率高,可用于上述三种石斛中石斛酚的含量测定.Objective: To develop a HPLC method for quantitative determination of gigantol in D.aurantiacum Rchb.f. var. denneanum (Kerr) Z.H.Tsi and species in Chinese Pharmacopoeia. Method: The determination was carried out on a Diamonsil Cl8(150 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm) at 30 ℃ with acetonitrile-0.5% acetic acid(35:65) as mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0 mg﹒mL-1. And the detection wavelength was set at 270 nm. Result: The peak areas and injection amounts of gigantol had a good linear relationship in the range of 0.01228~0.2456 mg﹒mL-1(r=0.9999). The average recovery was 100.39%, and the RSD was 2.17%. Conclusion: The method is quick,simple and repeatable for simultaneous determination of gigantol in D.aurantiacum Rchb.f. var. denneanum(Kerr.)Z.H.Tsi, D.nobile Lindl and D.chrysotoxum Lindl.
