摘  要:目的:优化并确定白芷香豆素闪式提取的最佳工艺。方法:以白芷中欧前胡素、香豆素为质量控制指标,利用闪式提取方法,在单因素试验基础上采用三因素三水平的Box-Behnken设计、响应面分析统计学方法,考察乙醇体积分数、提取时间、提取电压对白芷香豆素提取率的影响。结果:研究确定的最佳工艺条件为:乙醇浓度75%,乙醇用量10倍量,提取时间106s,在此条件下白芷香豆素的提取转移率可达88.754%。结论:闪式提取法是一种高效、快速提取白芷中香豆素的方法。Objective:To optimize the homogenated extraction of total coumarins from Angelica dahurica. Method: Ethanol concentration, extracting time and liquid to material ratio were selected as factors based on single-factor test and a three-factor-three-level experiment design was developed by the method of Box-Benhnken design taking imperatorin and coumarins as indexes.The optimal extraction conditions were determined by the experiment of response surface methodology.Result: The optimized conditions were ethanol concentration at 75 percent, extraction time 106 s, a liquid-to-solid ratio 10!1 (mL!g).Under these optimum conditions, the actual extraction rate of total coumarins was 88.754%.Conclusion: Homogenate extraction is proved to be a efficient method for extraction of total coumarins from Angelica dahurica.
