摘  要:目的:考察附子-甘草沉积物对急性心衰大鼠的治疗作用以及其对大鼠的毒性作用。方法:采用急性心衰大鼠模型,空白对照组和模型对照组十二指肠注射给予10%PEG-400水溶液,附子-甘草沉积物组十二指肠注射给予沉积物的10%PEG-400混悬液,分别记录和测定给药30min后各组实验动物血流动力学、心电图和心率指标。另设空白对照组和附子-甘草沉积物组,将附子-甘草沉积物研细后加入适量10%PEG-400水溶液配制成混悬液,供附子-甘草沉积物组灌服,空白对照组灌服10%PEG-400水溶液。两组实验动物连续灌服一周,称重并观察、记录各组大鼠体重和机体状态。结果:附子甘草沉积物可显著提高急性心衰大鼠的左心室内压、左心室最大上升和下降速率(P<0.05),并且显著降低其左心室舒张末期压(P<0.05)。而灌服附子-甘草沉积物后未见显著影响大鼠体重正常增长率(P>0.05),也未见大鼠有明显中毒反应症状。结论:说明附子配伍甘草后不但保持了附子原有的抗心衰作用,而且有明显降低附子毒性的作用。Objective: To examine the effect of the sediment on acute heart failure mice and to explore the toxicity of it. Method: The heart failure mice model was established. The blank group and model group were given 10% PEG-400 aqueous solution by duodenum injection, and the sediment group was given 10% PEG-400 suspl of the sediment by duodenum injection. The hemodynamics, ECG and Heart Rate index of experimental animals of each group were recorded and measured respectively at 30 min after injection. And in another experiment, the sediment group and the blank group were set. The sediment group was administered with 10% PEG-400 suspl of the sediment, and the blank group was administered with 10% PEG-400 aqueous solution for one week. And then mice body weight and body state were recorded. Result: The sediment can significantly improve the left ventricle pressure, the maximum rise and fall rate of acute heart failure mice (P <0.05), and significantly reduce the left ventricular end-diastolic pressure (P <0.05). And no significant effect was found of the sediment on the normal growth rate of the body weight of mice (P >0.05) with no obvious toxic reaction symptoms. Conclusion: It reveals that the compatibility of Licorice with Aconite not only maintains the aconite original role of anti-heart failure but also significantly decreases aconite toxicity.
