健脾补肾法治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期的理论探讨

摘　　要：慢性阻塞性肺疾病属中医肺胀范畴,疾病表现为全身性,其中全身肌肉消瘦及骨质疏松引起的全身疼痛最为显著。现代医药对缓解和治疗其全身病变无满意治疗措施,中医药发挥其特长从整体观念出发,提出健脾补肾法治疗,取得良好效果,现将此治法进行剖析。Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease belongs to the categorization of lung inflation in Chinese medicine, manifesting systemic symptoms with notable systemic pain induced by whole body muscle wasting and osteoporosis. No satisfactory therapy to alleviate and treat the systemic lesions can be found in modern medicine. Traditional Chinese Medicine has the advantage in treating disease as whole, puts forward the method of strengthening the spleen and invigorating the kidney treatment which shows good effect. And now the method is analyzed in the paper.
