民间药块根紫金牛的化学成分研究

摘　　要：目的:研究块根紫金牛的化学成分,寻找具有抗肿瘤的活性成分。方法:利用硅胶、RP-18、凝胶SephadexLH-20柱色谱等方法对块根紫金牛80%乙醇提取部分进行分离纯化,运用MS和NMR来鉴定化合物的结构。结果:从块根紫金牛中分离鉴定了6个化合物,分别为:三十烷醇(Ⅰ)、α-波甾醇(Ⅱ)、ardisinE(Ⅲ)、5-(Z-heptadec-8-enyl)resorcinol(Ⅳ)、麦芽糖(Ⅴ)、蔗糖(Ⅵ)。结论:化合物Ⅲ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ、Ⅵ为首次从该种植物中分离得到。Objective:To investigate the chemical constituents and find the antitumor constituents of Ardisia corymbifera Mez var.tuberfera C.Chen.Method:The rhizome of Ardisia corymbifera Mez var.tuberfera C.Chen were extracted with 80% ethanol and separated by silica gel,RP-18,Sephadex LH-20.These compounds were indetified by MS and NMR analysis.Result:Six compounds including triacontanol(Ⅰ),α-spinasterol(Ⅱ),ardisin E(Ⅲ),5-(Z-heptadec-8-enyl)resorcinol(Ⅳ),maltose(Ⅴ) and sucrose(Ⅵ) were isolated and identified.Conclusion:Compounds Ⅲ,Ⅳ,Ⅴ and Ⅵ are isolated from the plant for the first time.
