摘  要:目的:比较黄药子配伍甘草前后毒性成分黄独乙素含量的变化。方法:采用PLATISILTM-C18(4.6mm×250mm,5μm)色谱柱,以乙腈-0.1%冰乙酸(40:60)为流动相,检测波长为210nm,柱温为25℃。结果:黄独乙素在37.5μg.mL-1~310.0μg.mL-1呈良好的线性,r=0.9999。黄独乙素含量:黄药子单煎液>分煎液>合煎液。结论:黄药子配伍甘草后其毒性成分黄独乙素含量有所下降,可能是其配伍减毒的原因之一。Objective:To compare the contents of Diosbulbin B in the separated and mixed decoction of Dioscorea bulbifera rhizome and Glycyrrhiza uralensis.Method:The samples were separated at 25 ℃ on a PLATISILTM-C18 column eluted with the mobile phase of acetonitrile-water-glacialacetic acid(40:60:0.1).Flow rate was 0.8 mL﹒min-1 and the detection wavelength was set at 210 nm.Result:The calibration curve was linear within the range from 37.5 μg﹒mL-1 to 310 μg﹒mL-1(r=0.9999).The content of Diosbulbin B in Dioscorea bulbifera rhizome was higher than separated decoction,and which was higher than mixed decoction.Conclusion:The decrease of Diosbulbin B content may be account for the toxicity attenuation after compatibility.
