摘　　要：目的:探讨苏合香"性—效—用"之间的内在规律,为今后研究苏合香的药性理论与应用奠定基础。方法:采用手工和电脑检索方式,从苏合香的药性理论、物质基础、药理作用和临床应用等方面广泛收集古今文献资料,并加以分析、总结,探寻规律。结果:苏合香拥有"味辛—性温—归心经—升浮"药性构架与开窍醒神功效及主治闭证神昏紧密关联。结论:苏合香的辛味是其归心经—温通心脉—表达醒神回苏之效—改善闭证神昏的启动因子,即是发挥"效—用"的重要物质基础。Objective:To investigate the inherent laws of the 'Property-Effect-Medication' of the storax, and lay the foundation of document studies for the future study of the storax of medicinal property theory and application. Method:The ancient and modern literature of storax including the medicinal property theory, material base, pharmacological action, clinical application and so on were extensively collected by manual and computer retrieval methods. All the laws of the literatures had been analyzed, summarized and explored. Result:The framework of the nature of the storax was 'Acrid flavour-Warming-Heart-Floating', which had the close relevance with the effect of resuscitation and the indications of the blockage syndrome. Conclusion:The acrid flavour of the storax is the initiation factor of 'Heart- Warming heart pulse-Play a refreshment effect-Improve the blockage syndrome', that is, the important material foundation to play a role in 'Effect-Medication'.
