论我国未成年人刑事案件诉讼制度的完善

摘　　要：当前我国未成年人的犯罪率逐年上升,原因之一就是当前的未成年人刑事案件诉讼制度还存在不少不足之处。那么,我们就要认真分析当前未成年人刑事案件诉讼制度的现状及其特点,指出对它进行完善的实际意义所在,并有效借鉴国外先进经验,构建一套新刑事诉讼制度,不断完善该制度,从而有效遏制和处理各种未成年人刑事案件发生的频率,通过进一步地细化未成年人刑事诉讼制度来更为全面地保护未成年人的合法权益。Currently,minors’crime rate in China has increased year by year.One of the reasons is that there are still many inadequacies in the current litigation system for juvenile criminal cases.Well,we have to seriously analyze the present situation and the characteristics of current litigation system for the juvenile criminal cases and to point out where the actual meaning of perfection exists.Additionally,we should effectively learn the advanced experiences from foreign countries,and then build a new Code of Criminal Procedure to gradually improve this kind of system,so as to successfully curb and deal with the occurring frequencies of a variety of juvenile criminal cases,and finally to more comprehensively protect the legitimate rights and interests of minors through the further refinement of minors’criminal litigation system.
