摘　　要：法治社会应真正使法治成为常识。法治常识化能够成为社会各方主体参与社会热点问题讨论的遵循,并形成具体的讨论规则,以规范社会问题讨论秩序;常识法治化旨在为社会热点问题讨论设定结局机制,以消解社会无序争论而致的外部负效应,实现社会领域健康发展。The rule of law society should make the rule of law become common sense.The rule of law of general knowledge can make social parties follow while they participate in social hot discussion,and forms the specific discussion rules to regulate the order of social problems discussing;Common sense to rule by law aims to set end mechanism for the discussing of hot spots of society,to eliminate the external negative effects caused by disorder social debate,and realize healthy development in social field.
