摘　　要：英国财产法以土地法为中心而建立,对土地法乃至财产法的研究必须建立在对土地保有关系研究的基础上。英国土地保有关系发端于封建社会,经历了封建化逐步隐退的过程,1925年后英国土地法呈现出现代化的特点。英国土地保有关系是研究英国土地乃至整个制度的历史起点,是理解英国独特的财产法律制度和进行中英财产法比较研究的前提性条件。English property law is based on land law and research on land law and property law should be built upon research on tenures.English tenures originate from feudalism and it has undergone the process of being more and more unimportant;after 1925 English land law become modernized.English tenure is the start point of English land system,it is the key point of understanding property system and comparing English and Chinese property law.
