摘　　要：和谐世界是人类对理想世界状态的追求。法律趋同化思想、国际社会本位理念以及建立国际民商新秩序思想都与和谐世界理念有相通之处。国际公法通过建立国际政治新秩序实现国际政治交往的和谐,国际经济法通过建立国际经济新秩序实现国际经济交往的和谐,国际私法通过建立国际民商新秩序实现国际民商事交往的和谐。和谐世界理念要求国际法更多地体现国际社会本位,要求国际法体系致力于自身的协调发展。Harmonious world is the ideal world in human’s mind.The idea of legal assimilation,the doctrine of international-community-orientation,the idea of constructing new international civil and commercial order is similar to the idea of harmonious world.Harmonious international political relation is achieved by public international law through constructing new international political order.Harmonious international economic intercourse is achieved by international economic law through constructing new international economic order.Harmonious international civil and commercial communication is achieved by private international law through constructing new international civil and commercial order.The idea of harmonious world demands international law embodies international-community-orientation more,and demands the system of international law devote to harmonious development itself.
