摘 要:随着经济的发展,基于Groupon模式的网络团购这种电子商务模式在我国得到了蓬勃的发展。然而,通过对网络团购的法经济学分析,可以厘清网络团购中商家、团购网站、消费者的三方法律关系及其各方利益所在。尽管网络团购各方在博弈过程中会存在诸多的问题,但是,通过调整发展模式、完善相关法律法规、建立合理的电子商务诚信机制等措施,网络团购就会得到良性的发展。Nowadays,with the high development of economy,network group purchase based in the model of groupon has been booming in China.However,relations among sellers,network station and customers and their benefit should be cleared from the angle of legal and economic analysis of network group purchase.Though there are several problems during the game among group purchasers,but the benign development of network group purchase will be gotten through measures such as adjustment of development mold,perfecting related laws and regulations and establishing rational credit system in electronic business.
