摘　　要：实施国家"卓越法律人才教育培养计划"必须切实加强法学实践教学。本文从国家教育部"关于实施卓越法律人才教育培养计划的若干意见"展开思考,通过对我国法学实践教学现状的考察和分析,提出了加大资源配置和政策支持的力度以真正确立法学实践教学的独立性地位,加强法学实践性教学课程及内容体系的设计以增强法学实践教学工作的针对性和实效性,加强与实践部门的紧密合作以发挥学校与实践部门在卓越法律人才培养中的联动作用等具体构想,以冀对完善我国法学实践教学有所裨益。To implement the national 'education and training plan for superior legal talent' must strengthen law practice teaching.Commenced by 'a number of opinions on the implementation of education and training plan for superior legal talent' released by the National Ministry of Education,and through the examination and analysis of connotation and situation of our law practice teaching,this article proposes to increase the allocation of resources and policy support to truly establish the independence of the law practice teaching,strengthen design of law practical teaching courses and content system to enhance relevance and effectiveness of law practice teaching,and strengthen close cooperation with practical department to play linkage role for school and practical department in training superior legal talent,looking forward to improve our law practice teaching.
