摘 要:分析了超深井高温高压条件下钻井液技术难点,采用室内合成的黏度效应低的抗高温降滤失剂MP488,LP527和HTASP为主处理剂,同时在体系中引入KCl,制得抗温240℃、密度2.5 g/cm3的超高温超高密度钻井液。该钻井液经240℃/16 h高温老化后仍具有良好的流变性,高温高压滤失量(180℃)小于25 mL。钻井液的抗盐、抗钻屑和黏土污染能力强,页岩一次回收率达99.4%,沉降稳定性好。解决了流变性与滤失量控制难以及黏土高温分散导致钻井液增稠、胶凝等问题。The technical difficulties when using the title drilling fluids at ultra-deep wells with high temperature and high pressure were analyzed.Using laboratory-synthesized filtrate reducers(MP488,LP527,and HTASP) with high temperature-resistance and low viscosity effect and simultaneously adding KCl,the drilling fluid with temperature-resistance of 240 ℃ and density of 2.5 g/cm3 was formulated.The drilling fluid still had good rheological properties after aging at 240 ℃ for 16 hours.The drilling fluid had HTHP filtration loss of less than 25 mL at 180 ℃.The drilling fluid had excellent performances such as settling stabilization,salt resistance,antipollution of drilled solids and bentonite clay with the primary recovery rate of shale up to 99.4%.The problems such as difficulties to control rheological properties and filtration loss,and thickening and gelation of drilling fluid caused by dispersion of bentonite clay at high temperature were solved.
