摘 要:研制了耐高温改性酚醛树脂复合堵剂体系,并对其性能进行了评价。确定了可满足现场油田污水配制要求的复合堵剂体系最佳配方:3 000 mg/L HPAM+4.5%改性酚醛树脂+0.08%膨润土。性能评价结果表明,复合堵剂体系的耐温抗盐性能良好,可用于200℃的稠油热采井的调剖堵水作业;封堵性能良好,封堵率高达98.6%,80℃放置20 d进行后续水驱,封堵率变化不大,稳定性好。A heat resistant composite plugging agent system based on phenolic resin was prepared,and its performance was evaluated.The optimum formulation of this composite plugging agent system,that can be prepared at site with the dirty water of oilfield,was identified as 3 000 mg/L HPAM + 4.5% modified phenolic resin + 0.08% bentonite.According to the results of performance evaluation,this composite plugging agent system has good heat resistant and salt resistant properties,and can be used in the profile control and water shutoff operation at heavy oil thermal recovery well at the temperature of 200 ℃.It has good plugging performance with the plugging rate of 98.6% or so.When it was used for subsequent operation after stored at 80 ℃ for 20 d,the plugging rate changed little,indicating that its stability is good.
