摘 要:利用酸液溶蚀试验对酸液体系进行初步选择,评选了酸液体系添加剂的最佳配方:1%SA1-3B+1%SA1-7+1%SA-18+1%SA5-5+1%SA1-1。通过岩心酸化流动试验效果评价,评选了适宜的酸液体系配方。对一些伤害较严重的井,建议选择上述酸液体系与土酸复配,形成复合酸液体系,酸化效果较好。Preliminary evaluation on acid fluid systems was carried out in acid fluid corrosion test,and an optimum acid fluid system additive formulation was identified as 1%SA1-3B+1%SA1-7+1%SA-18+1%SA5-5+1%SA1-1.Suitable acid fluid formulations were identified through the evaluation on the results of core acidification flow test.It is not suggested that mud acid is used directly.Borofluoric acid is good in acidification effect,and multi-hydrogen acid is desirable for the acidification of core in this stratum.As for some seriously damaged wells,it is suggested that a composite acid fluid system is prepared with the above-mentioned acid fluid and mud acid,and the acidification effect of the composite acid fluid system is better.
