摘  要:以琥珀酸和2,6-二氨基吡啶为原料,设计合成了2,6-二[N-(羧乙基羰基)氨基]吡啶(DAP),并研究了其胶凝性能。结果表明,DAP能在水溶液中自组装成水凝胶,其最小胶凝浓度为43 mg/mL;当稳定凝胶在温度升至81℃时,凝胶坍塌形成沉淀;溶液为碱性时,DAP不能形成水凝胶。X射线衍射和扫描电镜检测结果显示,该水凝胶具有多晶态纤维网络结构;红外光谱表征结果表明,水凝胶通过分子间氢键作用形成。2,6-Di[N-carboxyethyl carbonyl] pyridine(DAP) was designed and synthesized from amber acid and 2,6-diaminopyridine.And the gelling performances of DAP was studied.The results showed that DAP could form hydrogel by self-assembly in aqueous solution;the lowest gelation concentration was 43 mg/mL;the stable hydrogel would collapse into precipitation at temperature of 81 ℃;DAP could not form hydrogel in alkaline solution.The gel of DAP was analysized and characterized by XRD,SEM,and FT-IR.And the results showed that the gel had polycrystalline fiber network structure and was formed by intermolecular hydrogen bonds.
