摘 要:采用丙烯酰胺和亲油抗温单体等制备了双亲微球聚合物随钻堵漏剂AMP。考察了AMP的亲水亲油性,并对其配伍性、润滑能力、降滤失效果及承压封堵能力进行了评价。结果表明,室温下AMP吸水率为97.6%,吸油率为45.1%,抗温及配伍性能好,并具有较好的降滤失和润滑能力,在现场井浆中承压可达24 MPa。An amphiphilic microsphere polymer plugging agent referred to as AMP was prepared with acrylamide and a lipophilic heat resistanct monomer,etc.The hydrophilicity and lipophilicity of AMP was studied,and its compatibility,lubricity,depressing filter loss effect and plugging capacity under pressure were evaluated.The results have shown that the water absorption percent and oil absorbency percent of AMP are 97.6% and 45.1% respectively,its heat resistant property,compatibility,depressing filter loss property and lubricity are good,and it can bear the pressure that is as high as 24 MPa in drilling fluids at wellsite.
