摘  要:针对油藏在高温开采过程中油井出水及注蒸汽井汽窜问题,利用疏水缔合聚合物增黏、耐温抗盐能力强、抗剪切能力强等优点,研制了一种耐高温堵剂。通过优选组分用量得到耐高温堵剂最佳配方:疏水缔合聚合物HAP 3 000 mg/L+交联剂A 50 mg/L+交联剂B(体积分数)1.5%+交联助剂CS 100 mg/L+插层剂GLT 2 000 mg/L。该优化配方堵剂热稳定性良好,在100~150℃时性能稳定。岩心封堵实验表明,堵剂的岩心封堵率最高可达92%以上。该堵剂在岩心注水冲刷15 PV后的突破压力梯度仍保持在14 MPa/m以上。研制的耐高温堵剂只封堵出水层,不封堵出油层,有利于现场应用。In order to effectively solve the problems of water leakage in oil well and steam channeling in steam injection well,a plugging agent with high temperature resistance was developed using the advantages of hydrophobic associating polymer(HAP) with thickening,good heat-resistance and salt-tolerance,and anti-shearing.The optimal formula of the plugging agent was obtained by optimizing ingredient dosages: HAP 3 000 mg/L,crosslinking agent A 50 mg/L,crosslinking agent B 1.5%(V),crosslinking assistant CS 100 mg/L,and intercalation agent GLT 2 000 mg/L.The plugging agent prepared by the optimal formula was good thermal stability,which was stable property at 100-150 ℃.The core-plugging experiments showed that the plugging rate of core was more than 92%.After water-injecting and scouring 15 PV,the breakthrough pressure gradient of the core with the plugging agent remained above 14 MPa/m.The plugging agent could only plug off water layer and not plug off oil layer,which is helpful to field application.
