摘  要:结合渣油悬浮床加氢技术用催化剂类型,系统分析了固体颗粒催化剂、负载型催化剂、分散性催化剂的优缺点、研究现状及应用前景。固体颗粒催化剂价格低廉,活性低,对设备磨损大,污染严重;负载型催化剂应用较少,且不适于加工金属含量过高的渣油;分散型催化剂有较好的分散性、活性和抑焦性。指出开发高性价比的油溶性催化剂是悬浮床加氢技术研究热点。The advantages and disadvantages,research status and application prospect of solid powder catalysts,supported catalysts and dispersed catalysts are analyzed while taking the types of residual oil slurry bed hydrocracking catalysts into consideration.Solid powder catalysts are cheap in cost,but they have low activity,and cause severe wearing and contamination.Supported catalysts are less used,and they are not suitable for processing the residual oil of ultra-high metal content.Dispersed catalysts have good dispersibility,high activity and high capability for inhibiting coke formation.Development of oil-soluble catalysts of high performance-to-price ratio is a hotspot in the research of residual oil slurry bed hydrocracking technologies.
