双丹皮酚缩1,3-丙二胺西夫碱的合成与表征

摘　　要：以丹皮酚和1,3-丙二胺为原料,通过缩合反应制备了双丹皮酚缩1,3-丙二胺西夫碱。利用熔点、红外光谱和紫外光谱对产物进行了表征。考察了反应温度、反应时间和原料配比对产物收率的影响,确定较适宜的合成条件为:反应温度50℃,反应时间3 h,丹皮酚与1,3-丙二胺的物质的量比为2∶1。此条件下产品收率为68.05%。Schiff base bis-(paeonol)-[1,3-propylenediamine],which was synthesized in the condensation reaction of paeonol and 1,3-propylenediamine,was characterized based on melting point,infra-red spectra and ultraviolet spectra.The effects of reaction temperature,reaction time and materials ratio on the yield of product were studied,and the appropriate synthesis conditions were identified as follows: reaction temperature: 50 ℃,reaction time: 3 h,molar ratio of paeonol to 1,3-propylenediamine: 2: 1.The yield of product is 68.05% at such conditions.
