摘 要:为了有效遏制我国山区公路恶性交通事故的发生,通过调查研究、现场实验和仿真模拟分析等技术手段,研究了山区公路网安全保障技术体系。从路段设施和路网运行2个层面,形成了成套安全保障支撑技术。应用表明,该技术体系的应用在事故减少和提高通行效率两方面取得了显著成效。基于技术研发和应用实践,提出了一系列相关技术标准、规范的修订建议并制定了实施方案。Aiming to effectively reduce serious crashes in mountain highway network,a mountain highway network traffic safety enhancement technology system was established through a large number of investigations,field test & simulation analysis.A set of traffic safety enhancement support technologies was established at the facility and network levels.All these technology developments were applied in large scale demonstration projects.The demonstration applications show significant highway crash reduction and traffic efficiency improvement.Based on the technology R&D and applications above,a series of existing standards and specification were revised and newly drafted implementation methods were recommended to lay the foundation for promoting the application of those highway traffic safety enhancement technologies.
