摘　　要：紧扣道路交通安全中"人"的因素,深入分析当前我国道路交通安全状况,综合国内外交通行为安全性提升技术手段研究进展,设置了五大研究专题,分别为:全民交通行为安全性评估与综合提升对策体系、驾驶人培训考试改进技术与装备研发及应用示范、不同受众交通安全科普教育技术与教品研发应用、新型交通安全科普教育核心系统及装备研发以及互动式交通安全科教基地构建与典型模式研究及示范。通过系统研究,提出了全面提升交通行为安全性的对策体系与综合措施,研发了适于不同类型交通参与者的交通安全宣教教品和装置,研究了改进驾驶人培训考试内容与手段,建立了基于现代信息技术的交通安全宣教主题示范基地,开展宣教活动和驾驶培训考试的大规模示范应用,取得了良好应用效果。Closely focusing on the factor of human beings in road safety,deeply analyzing the current situation of national road safety,combining researching progress of safety improving technology on traffic consciousness & performance in both domestic and abroad,this project has the following five special researching projects: Assessment & Comprehensive Improving Countermeasures System for Traffic Behavior Safety of National People,Technology Improving,Equipment Researching and Demonstration for Driving Training & Testing;Popular Science Education Technology and Researching & Application of Education Supplies for Different People,New Core System and Equipment Researching of Popular Science Education for Traffic Safety,Construction of Science & Education Base for Interactive Traffic Safety,and Researching & Demonstration for Typical Model.Using a systematic approach,this project has addressed the following issues: raising countermeasure system and comprehensive measures for improving traffic safety consciousness & performance,developing products and devices for traffic safety publicity and education applied to different types of traffic participants,improving driving training & testing contents and methods,establishing demonstration base by means of traffic safety publicity and education theme of modern information technology,carrying out publicity and education activities,and demonstrating driving testing in a large scale.All of the above measures have achieved good application effects.
