摘　　要：在分析我国道路交通安全网络宣传教育现状的基础上,针对不同群体的交通安全科普教育需求,研究了分布式交通安全宣传教育网络平台的关键技术,提出了设计方案,并加以设计与实现。平台具备不同群体进行交通安全宣传教育及交流、施教者开展施教资源共享与管理等功能。平台应用于全国道路交通安全宣传教育,有助于提高道路交通参与者的交通安全意识与知识水平。Based on the analysis of the current situation of road traffic safety education by network,according to the different needs for traffic safety science education for different groups,this paper studied the key technologies of distributed traffic safety publicity and education network platform,and proposed a design program,and finally implemented it.The platform has many functions including the publicity education and communication of traffic safety for different groups,sharing and management of educational resource for the instructors,etc.The platform is useful for the national road safety publicity and education,and it will help to improve the traffic safety awareness and knowledge level of all kinds of road traffic participants.
