摘　　要：为满足以高速公路为主干的区域公路网交通安全态势的监测、评估及预警的信息需求,针对公安、交通、气象等多部门、多源、异构、海量的各类交通安全信息资源集成关键技术进行了研究并给出解决方案,实现了跨部门、跨区域、跨路网交通安全信息的集成、共享和应用,通过江苏、浙江、江西、云南四省的示范工程验证了解决方案的可行性和有效性。In order to meet the demand of monitoring,evaluation and warning of traffic safety in regional highway networks,this paper studies a set of key integration technologies for collecting and disseminating traffic safety information by taking its multisource,heterogeneous and massive nature into account.Within the system,various pieces of data/information need to be integrated from public security,highway management,meteorological forecasting department.This paper proposes a solution and successfully implements such a system.The demonstration projects implemented in Jiangsu,Zhejing,Jiangxi,Yunnan verify the feasibility and efficiency of the proposed system.
