摘  要:目的应用CLIA法和RIA法检测正常人和甲功异常病人的甲状腺激素及抗体的含量,探讨两种检测方法的相关性及结果的临床意义。方法取某院内分泌门诊或住院患者的血清标本分成甲功正常组、甲亢组、甲低组3组,每组40例,分别用两种方法检测其FT3、FT4、TSH、TG、TMA和TGA的含量,分析其统计学差异。结果两种方法比较结果无统计学意义,P>0.05。结论 CLIA法检测甲状腺激素及其抗体,是一项快捷、精确的检测方法,它完全避免了RIA法的废弃物污染、试剂有效期短等缺点。Objective To explore the correlation of two kind of detection method and the clinical significancen of thyroid hormone and its antibodies in healthy people and patients by CLIA and RIA.Methods Serum specimens were collected from endocrinology outpatient or in patients and divided into 40 patients with hyperthyroidism and 40 patients with hypothyroidism and 40 health subjects.The levels of serum free Triiodothyronine(FT3),free Thyroxine(FT4),thyroid-stimulating hormone(TSH),thyroglobulin(TG),thyroid microsomal antibody(TMA) and thyroglobulin antibody(TGA) were measured by CLIA and RIA methods respectively.And the correlation of both methods was compared.Results The chemical components showed no significant difference(P>0.05) between the two groups.Conclusion Compare with RIA,CLIA is a shortcut method for thyroid hormone and the content of antibodies detection,and without the defect of contaminated with waste and the short valid period.
