摘  要:将层次分析法(AHP)引入基于符号定向图(Signed Directed Graph,SDG)的危险与可操作性分析法(Hazard and Operability Analysis,HAZOP)中,并以加氢反应中的冷高压分离器单元安全评价为例,阐述了基于层次分析法的SDG-HAZOP的实施步骤。该方法分析得到的危险路径,按权重系数由高到低排序,弥补了传统SDG-HAZOP方法中分析结果主次不清的问题。The analytic hierarchy process(AHP) is introduced into hazard and operability analysis based on signed directed graph(SDG-HAZOP).Taking the safety assessment of cold high-pressure separator in hydrogenation process as an example,this article expounds the implementation steps of SDG-HAZOP based on AHP.Consequently,the dangerous paths are achieved,which are sequenced according to their weight coefficient from the highest to the lowest.Therefore,this new method can conquer the flaw of the traditional SDG-HAZOP analysis in which the primary and secondary relations of dangerous paths are not clear.
