石化企业体验式安全培训现状分析及技术展望

摘　　要：通过对石化企业体验式安全培训现状的分析,总结了石油化工工艺流程安全、应急响应与事故预案、典型事故案例回溯培训和培训中安全防护措施等方面的不足。随着三维虚拟现实技术与数字沙盘技术的不断发展,基于模拟仿真方式的体验式安全培训将持续快速发展,并为石化企业应急演练与指挥、事故模拟和标准化操作培训提供全面的技术支撑。虚拟现实技术、数字沙盘技术和实物操作技术的无缝连接,将成为体验式安全培训的主流发展方向。Through the analysis on the current situation of the experiential safety training in petrochemical enterprises,this paper summarizes the shortages of the petrochemical process safety training,emergency response and accident plan training,training of recalling typical accident cases and safety protection measures during training.With the development of the technology of 3D virtual reality and digital sand table,the experiential safety training which is based on simulation mode will be developed continually and rapidly.And it will provide technical and training supports for emergency drill and command,accident simulation and standardized training in petrochemical enterprises.The seamless connection among the virtual reality technology,digital sand table and physical operation technology will be the mainstream development direction to improve the experiential safety training in petrochemical enterprises.
