摘 要:建立了导电结晶器电渣重熔空心钢锭的数学模型.利用有限元软件ANSYS对导电结晶器电渣重熔空心钢锭进行了稳态的电热耦合分析,计算了不同供电方式对电渣重熔空心钢锭体系温度场的影响,进而分析了体系电场和温度场分布对空心钢锭质量的影响.不同供电方式对重熔体系电场、温度场影响的计算结果表明:采用外结晶器导电的电极,能促进电渣池温度均匀,进而使金属熔池更加浅平、均匀.A mathematical model of the electroslag remelting of hollow ingot with current-conductive mold was established.A steady-state electro-thermal coupling field was simulated with ANSYS software.The effect of different power supply methods and number of electrodes on the temperature field of ESR system was calculated and the impact of system temperature distribution on the hollow ingot quality was analyzed.The calculated results showed that the electrode with an outer mold transmitting the electric current is beneficial for the slag pool to have an uniform temperature and for the metal bath to give an uniform and a shallow state.
