摘  要:目的探讨高强度有氧训练对老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)稳定期患者血清炎症因子的影响。方法选取20例老年COPD稳定期患者,进行12周高强度(峰值功率的70%)有氧训练。所有患者训练前后均进行静态肺功能及心肺运动试验评估,训练前及12周训练结束后采用ELISA法测定肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α),白介素(IL)-8和IL-10。结果 COPD患者经过12周高强度有氧训练后,与训练前比较,肺功能无明显改善,但血清TNF-α,IL-8表达水平下降(P<0.01),IL-10表达水平升高(P<0.01)。结论高强度有氧训练可以下调老年COPD稳定期患者外周血促炎因子水平,提高抗炎因子水平,改善患者的全身炎症反应。Objective To investigate the effects of high-intensity aerobic exercises on serum inflammatory cytokines in the elderly patients with stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods Twenty elderly patients with stable COPD were enrolled in rehabilitation program with high-intensity(with 70 percentage of Peak Power tested in the cardiopulmonary exercise) aerobic exercise for 12 weeks.All patients received lung function assessment and the cardiopulmonary exercise test before and after aerobic exercise.The serum levels of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin 8(IL-8) and interleukin 10(IL-10) were examined by ELISA before and after aerobic exercise.Results The levels of TNF-α and IL-8 were significantly decreased(P<0.01),while the level of IL-10 increased significantly(P<0.01) after high-intensity aerobic exercise for 12 weeks.Conclusions The levels of pro-inflammatory cytokines in serum could be decreased and the systemic inflammation reaction could be improved in elderly patients with stable COPD after high-intensity aerobic exercise.
