河南省体育文化创意产业发展初探

摘　　要：改革开放后,特别是新世纪以来,河南省的体育产业已经从探索尝试阶段进入全面发展阶段。体育文化产业也随着体育产业的发展进入了新的阶段,体育文化产业规模不断扩大,出现了新体育产业方式体育文化创意产业。在体育文化创意产业的发展过程中还存在诸多问题,需要政府制定一系列的体育文化创意产业政策来予以规范、引导、扶持、整合和协调监管,使之科学、有序和健康地发展。本文以河南省体育文化创意产业现状为研究对象,以发展文化创意产业的过程中存在的问题为讨论的逻辑起点,对体育文化创意产业在法规建设、文化资源的开发、创意人才的培养、创意规模等问题进行阐述,并提出建议。Sports industry in Henan province has entered the stage of comprehensive development from exploring stage after the reform and opening up, especially since the new century. Sports culture industry has also entered a new stage along with the development of the sports industry. The new way of sports industry, sports culture creative industry appeared with the sports cultural industry scale expanding unceasingly. In the process of sports culture creative industry development there still exist many problems, which needs the government to formulate a series of policies to standardize, guide, support, integrate and coordinately regulate sports culture creative industry and make it develop scientifically, orderly and healthily. Based on the status of sports culture creative industry in Henan province as the research object, with the existing problems in the process of the development of culture creative industry as the logic starting point for discussion, the essay discusses laws and regulations construction, the development of cultural resources, the cultivation of creative talents and creative scale of sports culture creative industry and puts forward some suggestions.
