轻体育运动发展现状研究

摘　　要：轻体育是适合大众健身要求的新型运动形式,具有运动方式灵活、技术要求低等特点。本文提出了推广轻体育的必要性,并对轻体育发展的不足和前景进行了分析,以期对轻体育的普及和发展起到一定的促进作用。Light sport is a new sports form suitable for the mass fitness requirements with the characteristics of flexible movement and low technical requirements. This paper puts forward the necessity of promoting light sports and deficiency and prospects of light sports development are analyzed, so as to playe a role in promoting the popularization and development of light sport.
