摘  要:适量的运动和活动有益于身体健康。健康教育工作倡导的"健康一二一"运动也反复强调适量运动在保持身体健康和预防疾病中的重要作用。尽管人群的相关健康知识水平显著提高,对疾病预防信息耳熟能详,但危险行为的改变效果却微乎其微。本文通过回顾分析国内外有关研究成果及报道,试图从社会学和人类行为学的角度分析原因,提出了针对"久坐"这一健康危险因素的健康促进干预策略——设计和提供改变人们久坐姿势的产品或工具。Moderate exercise and activity is good for health.In Chinese health education,the activity of One-Two-One for Health has repeatedly stressed that the exercise plays an important role in maintaining health and preventing disease.However,they have heard it many times on disease prevention information,the change of dangerous behaviors is still very little although the related health knowledge level of population is increasing significantly.In this paper,through the review of relevant studies and reports at home and abroad,the author attempted to analyze what caused people out of a healthy lifestyle from the perspective of sociology and human behavior,and put forward the intervention strategies of health promotion on the risk factors of sedentary for health,which is design and offer products or tools to change people sitting posture.
